Without happy customers we’d have been unable to exist for as long as we have which is why we make a serious effort in every single project to provide a standard of service that surpasses the expectations of the people who utilise us.

In an industry like ours positive word-of-mouth is hugely important.

We’re fortunate enough to enjoy a fantastic reputation throughout the Kent region and we’ve recently been acknowledged for our commitment to customers after being awarded a Silver Award for both quarters 3 & 4 in 2014 due to attaining an overall customer satisfaction score of 96%.

To receive such recognition is a superb achievement for the team and testament to the enthusiasm of each member and hard work they continuously put in across the eden.

We must also say a big thank you to the most important people of all, our customers.

Without them taking the time to write and send in their testimonials we would have been unable to achieve such an accolade and not only does it enable us to win awards such as this but it also gives us an indication of what we’re good at and where we need to improve.

However, we are evidently aware that there is room for improvement and we will be doing all we can this year to go for Gold and reach the top of the podium.
